Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about booking, safety, and protection with Payneless Inflatables.
Booking & Timing:
Our quotes are designed to give you maximum fun, covering 2 days at a time. When booking, you can select as many days as you need, and we bill in 2-day increments. To make things even better, our delivery and pick-up days are often “bonus” days; if we deliver the afternoon before your start date or pick up the afternoon after, you are not charged for that extra time.
We need a flat, level surface with a dedicated 20 Amp outlet within 80 feet of the set-up zone. If you are renting a water unit, we also need a water spigot within 80 feet. Please ensure the area is clear of trees, power lines, rocks, and animal waste before we arrive.
To prepare for your rental’s arrival, you must ensure the set-up zone has adequate space to accommodate the equipment. For safety reasons, the inflatable cannot be positioned within 25 feet of a swimming pool. You should also clearly mark any underground utilities, such as electrical, plumbing, or septic lines, as the company is not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities. If you have an automatic sprinkler system, it must be turned off for the entire duration of the rental (even during bonus days).
On the day of delivery, please ensure all animals are put away; they are not permitted within 20 feet of the equipment while it is in your care.
All quotes for inflatable rentals are structured in 2-day increments unless otherwise specified. When you book your reservation, you can select as many days as you need for your event, and the billing will be calculated based on these 2-day blocks.
To book a rental with Payneless Inflatables LLC and pay your deposit, follow these steps:
- Contact for Booking: You can start a reservation by reaching out via email (rentals@paynelessinflatables.com), text, or phone call (229.234.7727) or using the Request Reservation Form on the Contact Page.
- Select Your Dates: Make sure to select a start and end date.
- Pay the Reservation Deposit: A $50.00 non-refundable reservation deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will lock in your reservation dates and will be applied directly toward the remaining balance of your rental.
You have to be 21+ to book a rental. You will have to present a valid ID at the time of delivery where we will need to get a photo copy of your ID for our records.
Costs, Deposits, & Fees:
We aim for total transparency with our pricing. There are three main physical costs to keep in mind other than our Equipment Rental Cost and the 8% sales tax:
Optional Damage Waiver ($50): For peace of mind, you can add this waiver to cover up-to $500 of accidental, minor damage (like small punctures or seam rips) that may occur during normal, supervised use.
Reservation Deposit ($50): This non-refundable deposit is due at booking to lock in your date and applies directly to your remaining balance.
Security Deposit ($100): This is a temporary hold placed on a valid credit or debit card at the time of delivery. It is released back to you once we confirm the equipment has been returned in good condition. A valid debit or credit card is also required to be added on file to cover any additional fees that exceed the security deposit in the event a rental is not received back in good condition.
We love serving our local community! Delivery is completely free for all locations within Wilcox County. For our friends outside of Wilcox County, our delivery fee starts at $30 and increases $1 a mile after the 30 mile radius. Set-up and take-down are always included at no extra cost.
The optional $50.00 damage waiver is designed to protect you from the costs of accidental, minor damage that may occur during normal, supervised use of the equipment.
Specifically, the waiver covers the following items up to a maximum limit of $500.00 in repair costs:
- Small punctures: Any punctures under 3 inches resulting from normal wear.
- Seam rips: Damage to seams caused by typical jumping or sliding.
- Minor blower damage: Accidental physical damage to the blowers.
It is important to note that any repair costs exceeding the $500.00 limit remain your responsibility. Additionally, the waiver is voided if the damage is caused by negligence, weather policy violations, or the use of prohibited items such as Silly String, soap, bubbles, or foam.
We have several cities and counties we currently service. Our list includes:
Wilcox County, Crisp County, Ben Hill County, Turner County, Hawkinsville, Vienna, and Rhine Georgia.
Don’t see your area? We hope to cover more areas in the future, so keep an eyes out for your area.
While we don’t list every possible penalty up front, we do require that our equipment be kept clean and safe. To protect our inflatables, certain items like Silly String, confetti, soap, food, sharp objects, and pets are strictly prohibited on or near the units. If these rules are violated or if the equipment is returned with excessive mess or damage, cleaning and restoration fees will be charged accordingly to your card on file. If the unit is returned and classified as a “total loss,’ you will be responsible for replacement costs.
While we prefer cash to avoid processing fees, we accept credit, or debit. We also offer a flexible payment option called “Payneless Pay.” Get in touch with us for more details on Payneless Payment options.
Refund Policy: In the event of a cancellation, funds paid are non-refundable but may be applied as a business credit toward a future rental within one (1) year of the original event date, at the discretion of Payneless Inflatables
If Payneless Inflatables must cancel due to inclement weather and rescheduling is not possible, your deposit and any installments that have been made will be fully refunded.
Safety & Paperwork:
Yes. To ensure everyone is protected and informed, the Renter (who must be 21+ with a valid ID) is required to sign four documents at the time of delivery: the Rental Agreement, the Liability Waiver, the Safety & Operations Checklist, and the Damage Waiver (if you choose to accept it). These must be signed before we can unload the equipment.
Safety is our top priority. We require you to monitor the weather throughout your rental. If winds reach 15 MPH or if there is lightning or heavy rain, the unit must be evacuated and deflated immediately. If we have to cancel your reservation due to weather and cannot reschedule, your reservation deposit will be fully refunded.
After delivery; in the event of bad weather we also require the blower and inflatable to be covered with the provided covering systems we provide. If water gets in the blower or inflatable it can result in water removal, repair, or replacement costs.
Once the inflatable has been delivered there are no refunds for rained out rentals.
Absolutely. A responsible adult (21+) must provide continuous, competent supervision at all times while the inflatable is in use to ensure all safety rules are followed and participants stay safe.
For overnight rentals, Payneless Inflatables LLC has specific policies regarding equipment care, security, and utility management to ensure the inflatables remain in good condition:
- Blower Care: After use, you must turn off the blower and unplug it only from the outlet. You are required to cover the blower with the provided cover to protect it from theft or weather damage overnight. When you are ready to use the inflatable again the next day, you must follow the original setup instructions and wait until the unit is fully inflated before allowing anyone to play.
- Sprinkler Systems: All automatic sprinklers, including underground systems, must be turned OFF for the entire duration of the rental. If a deflated unit is soaked by a sprinkler, you will be charged a $150.00 water removal fee or the cost of any resulting damage.
- Security Responsibility: As the Renter, you assume full responsibility for the security of all equipment overnight. This includes protecting the units against theft, vandalism, or damage caused by animals.
- Rental Timing: While quotes are typically for two-day increments, the company may deliver the equipment the afternoon prior to your start date or pick it up the afternoon after your end date. If this occurs, you will not be charged for that extra overnight time.
Please note that you will be asked to initial these specific overnight policies in your Rental Agreement and Safety Checklist at the time of delivery.
No, wet rentals are strictly for water use only and the same goes for dry rentals not being used wet. This is due to not having the proper equipment in place, safety hazards, and damaging equipment.
In the event of a unit being booked wet or dry and being used the opposite from how you booked it; you will face costs such as; water removal, repairs, or replacement.
If you order a unit a certain way (i.e. wet or dry) and want to change to a different selection, let us know 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date (not your event date, but your confirmed delivery date.) This gives us enough time to swap to the correct parts and equipment.
No, you should not use your own extension cords. We provide all the necessary equipment for your rental to be a success.
There are several critical safety and technical requirements for the power setup that make using your own cords problematic:
- No Alterations Allowed: Once the equipment is set up, the renter agrees not to move, dismantle, or alter the equipment in any way unless instructed by the company.
- Specific Power Requirements: The blower must be plugged into a dedicated 20 Amp 120-volt outlet with a very specific high voltage extension cord within 80 feet of the setup zone. The extension cord must remain plugged into a GFI outlet with a 20-amp, 120 Volt circuit breaker.
- Dedicated Use: The power cord for the inflatable must be the only device plugged into the outlet. The extension cord is only allowed for use of the inflatable and must not be disconnected from the blower’s cord.
Using unapproved extension cords could potentially lead to power failures or safety hazards. If the unit begins to lose air, you are instructed to check if the provided blower has become unplugged or if a circuit breaker has tripped. For any issues with the equipment or setup, you should contact the company directly at 229-234-7727.
In the event that a child or any participant is injured during a rental, Payneless Inflatables LLC has a strict protocol requiring immediate documentation and reporting to ensure safety and maintain accurate records.
Immediate Actions
- Medical Care: The primary focus should be ensuring the affected individual is stable and has received the necessary care.
- Notification: You must inform Payneless Inflatables LLC immediately when an incident or injury occurs by calling or texting 229.234.7727.
Mandatory Documentation
Regardless of the severity of the injuryโwhether it is a minor “boo-boo” like a scraped knee or a more significant eventโyou are required to complete an Incident & Safety Report Form in its entirety. This form must be returned to a team member at the time of equipment pick-up. The report requires:
- Participant Information: Name, age, and contact details of the injured party.
- Incident Details: A specific description of what happened immediately before the injury and the nature of the injury itself.
- Witnesses: Names and phone numbers of any witnesses to the event.
- Photo Documentation: You are asked to take a photo of the specific area on the inflatable where the incident occurred to help the company identify potential issues like loose seams or “hot spots”.
- Treatment Records: Details of any first aid provided on-site or professional medical treatment sought.
Don’t worry, we are always on call for you. Simply call us.
In the agreements you must sign at delivery; you (the Renter), assume full responsibility for the safety of any and all participants while the equipment is in their care. Meaning any injuries or property damage that may occur is entirely your responsibility.
